PDGA - Professional Disc Golf Assocation
The PDGA is head of the Disc Golf assocation. The PDGA Rulebook is linked here. You can read through the rules, but just know that these are more for tournamet play. Disc Golf follows a scoring system like Golf does. Score is kept track by how many throws you've had to get your disc into the basket.
Wikihow has another great tutorial and infographic. It shows the right-hand back-hand throw along with a right-hand fore-hand throw. If you're a left-hand thrower you can use the same infographic but know that it would be opposite.
